WINTER FLASH TOURS
STANDARD TOUR 3 days 3 nights. Daytime covering Sparrowhawk, Red Squirrel, Kingfisher plus other subjects & on the evenings Otters, Pine Marten/Tawny Owl, Badger/Tawny Owl will be the targets
Cost £395
DELUXE TOUR 3 days 2 nights ( 3 nights if Golden Eagle comes in early enough) covering Golden Eagle and a choice of 2 from Sparrowhawk, Red Squirrel or Kingfisher & evening wise its a choice of 2 from Pine Marten/Tawny Owl, Otters or Badgers/Tawny Owl. As stated if the Golden Eagle shows up in devent time the extra night can be done

PLEASE NOTE: In the unlikely event of a Golden Eagle no show a free day will be granted for future use.

SPRING TOURS 2026
The Spring tours are an action packed 3 days where we hope to cover a huge number of species. Included in these are Sparrowhawk, Kingfisher, Red Squirrel, Pied Flycatcher, Redstart, Adder, Whinchat, Stonechat, Cuckoo, Otter, daytime and evening Badgers, Tawny Owl plus the Golden Eagle will be added if working then! Cost is £550

*All Flashes, transmitters, receivers etc supplied for evening hides*
Please do not be intimidated by the use of flash. Everything is set up prior to your sessions and all you need to know is how to change your ISO, it’s really that simple.
The plan is to start around 700am on the Friday (Times will be slightly staggered for each group) and during the Winter tours you can expect to be finished around 1030pm as a rough guide. the Spring tour will be more likely around midnight. However you can have a rest during the afternoon as they are long days at this time of year and theres lots of time to cover many subjects
There will be 12 places available on each tour
Based in Dumfries and Galloway near Kirkcudbright.

Additional Information
Lenses required (Full frame) are 400 to 500mm for Golden Eagle, Pine Marten, Sparrowhawk, jumping Squirrel, Tawny Owl and Kingfisher.
70-200mm for Otter and Badger pool (Otter is around 100mm and Badgers 200mm or there abouts.
